Terminator
We developed our "Terminator Drilling System" (Patent Pending) to make frac plugs drill faster. We improved structural design and material composition to create the "Terminator Mill" and we made many changes to 'normal' drilling techniques. With our new drilling techniques and the "Terminator Mill" we have our patent pending for the removal of objects and materials from well casings. Following are some case histories using our "Terminator Drilling System" (Patent Pending):

We have drilled out over 5,000 composite frac plugs using our "Terminator Mill" and our "Applied Drilling Techniques". We have averaged 12 minutes per plug with as many as 8 plugs per well. Some plugs have drilled in as little as 5 minutes. The composite plugs that we have drilled are harder to drill than most in the industry and we drilled them out under the harshest conditions (using foam air) for this brand of plug. There is one company that makes a Frac Plug that is harder to drill and we have drilled 13 of their plugs in 1 well with 1 mill.

One coil tubing tool company that is running our "Terminator Mill" is drilling out composite plugs 3 to 5 times faster than normal, saving the operator up to 28 hours per well.

The above mentioned coil tubing tool company had a drilling job for 8,000 feet of cement that had flash set in 5-1/2" casing.  They started drilling with a mill dressed with star cutters - it took 1 hour to drill 100 feet.  This rate of penetration was not acceptable to them, so  they pulled out of the hole, picked up a "Terminator Mill" and drilled the remaining 7,900 feet of cement at a consistent rate of 1,200 feet/hour.  The "Terminator Mill" was still in good, usable condition when removed from the well.

We have also drilled out cast iron cement retainers using our "Terminator Mill" and our "Applied Drilling Techniques" in as little as 25 minutes at 90 feet depth in the well, with no drill collars.

We had one producer ask us to drill out 2800 feet of extremely hard cement that was left in the casing as a result of doing a "squeeze" job down the casing. Using our "Terminator Mill" and our "Applied Drilling Techniques", we drilled out all 2800 feet at an average rate of 2.5 feet per minute using only 1 "Terminator Mill".

A fishing tool company that uses our "Terminator Mill" has drilled cement 4 to 8 times faster than normal, saving the operator 8-1/2 to 17 hours per well.

One customer had a latch down plug with a 16" steel mandrel land 1300 feet high in a long string casing cement job. With the "Terminator Mill" and our "Applied Drilling Techniques", they were able to drill up the steel inserted plug and then continue on to drill up all 1300 feet of cement at an average rate of 3.5 feet per minute with one "Terminator Mill".

In our manufacturing process, we have the quality control of CNC equipment and material trace-ability.

The "Terminator Mill" is available in the following casing sizes:
         4", 4 1/2",5",5 1/2" and 7"

Other sizes are available and will be quoted upon request.
